 Leadership & Mentorship

The Challenge

Marginalized Somali  women and girls are consistently excluded from leadership, decision-making, and professional opportunities. Discrimination in the workforce, lack of mentorship, and cultural discouragement prevent women from advancing into roles where they can influence change.

Our Approach

We believe sustainable change requires women’s leadership at every level—community, institutional, and societal.

What We Do

  • Build women’s leadership and advocacy skills

  • Provide mentorship and peer support

  • Create pathways to workforce inclusion

  • Amplify women’s voices in community and policy spaces

Who We Serve
